Motorcyclist hospitalized with head injury after crash in Las Vegas

Posted by Neil Shouse | May 04, 2018 | 0 Comments

Earlier this morning, a motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after he crashed at Durango Drive near the 215. The driver sustained a serious head injury. The motorcycle had no other riders, and there were no other vehicles involved in the incident.

"In this case, the motorcyclist may be able to sue the motorcycle's manufacturer for strict liability if the vehicle was defective," commented Las Vegas personal injury attorney Michael Becker about this case. "Depending on the case, the victim may be able to recover hefty compensatory damages and possibly punitive damages."
