Daria received her J.D. from UNLV Law School, where she earned a Dean's Award and served on Nevada Law Journal. Her article on Nevada's prostitution laws won the law school's Carl W. Tobias "Excellence in Writing" Award for best student note. It has since been cited in several scholarly treatises and articles as well as by the Nevada Supreme Court in Ford v. State (2011) and Canada's Department of Justice's Bill C-36, which overhauled the country's prostitution laws. An employee at Las Vegas Defense Group since 2009, Daria is also licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Washington, D.C.
