Car crash in front of Fyfe Elementary school in Las Vegas

Posted by Neil Shouse | Mar 09, 2018 | 0 Comments

This morning, there was a crash between at least two vehicles culminating in one vehicle rolling over and another vehicle hitting the front gate of Fyfe Elementary School at 4101 W. Bonanza Rd. At least one person was taken to University Medical Center. There are no reports of other injuries.

"Depending on the case, the victim could have a negligence per se lawsuit against the other vehicle driver," posited Las Vegas personal injury attorney Michael Becker. "If the victim can show that the car accident happened because the other driver breached his/her duty of care, the victim may be able to recover large compensatory and perhaps punitive damages."

For more information, see the Las Vegas Review-Journal article.
