Tonopah Justice Court is located at 101 Radar Rd, Tonopah, NV 89049.

Tonopah Justice Court handles all Nevada misdemeanor and
Nevada felony cases stemming from alleged criminal incidents occurring within the township limits. However, felony cases which don't get dismissed or resolved by the case's Nevada preliminary hearing stage are "bound over" (transferred) to Nye County's Fifth Judicial District Court.
