BMW strikes and kills middle-aged man in Las Vegas

Posted by Neil Shouse | Mar 09, 2018 | 0 Comments

Monday night, a BMW allegedly struck a pedestrian after the car turned from Alexander Ave. onto Walker Street. The middle-aged victim was rushed to the hospital, where he died. The BMW driver was reportedly not impaired and is cooperating with police.

"The victim's family may have a wrongful death lawsuit against the BMW's driver," posited Las Vegas personal injury attorney Michael Becker. "In these pedestrian knockdown cases, the victim's family would need to show that the driver exhibited negligence. Depending on the case, the family could be able to win significant compensatory and punitive damages."
