Colorado Legal Defense Group legal assistant Juana Rocha helps keep our office running smoothly as our attorneys are busy fighting for charge dismissals and reductions. Prior, Juana worked as a research associate at the Colorado Latino Leadership Advocacy & Research Organization (CLLARO), and she holds a Bachelor of Communications degree from Metropolitan State University in Denver.
Colorado Legal Defense Group case manager Che Heron helps our attorneys by maintaining our clients’ files and keeping them updated about their cases. Che identifies and enforces best practices to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Reegan O’Neill was a police officer and a detective with the Englewood Police Department, before joining the CLDG team as an in-house private investigator. She has years of experience conducting thorough investigations in a wide variety of cases, from DUIs and domestic violence to child abuse and homicides. Her specialty as a detective was crimes against children and sex assaults, and she received extensive training in these areas. Now she uses her expert knowledge and experience to help ensure that our clients have the best defense possible.

Operations Manager Danielle Hebert is devoted to keeping the office running flawlessly while our attorneys are out fighting for the best resolution possible in our clients’ cases. Along with day-to-day operations, Danielle manages community outreach, internal documentation, process execution, and helps drive the business towards its executive goals.

Sharice graduated from University of Colorado Denver – where she made Dean’s List – with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Law Studies.
