David Woolf is a Los Angeles personal injury attorney who has handled hundreds of injury cases from minor soft- tissue claims to catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths.
He represents clients on all types of personal injury cases, including:
- Car, truck and motorcycle accidents,
- Ride-sharing accidents,
- Big rig accidents,
- Pedestrian knockdowns,
- Catastrophic injuries,
- Wrongful death,
- “Slip-and-fall” accidents, and
- Premises liability.
Close personal contact with clients
What sets David apart from other personal injury lawyers is his close client contact and attention to detail. He handles all aspects of his clients' cases from the first contact with the opposing lawyer or insurance adjuster to the completion of the case.
David first became interested in representing injured people when he injured his back helping a friend move. Later, he was in a severe car accident and required a second back surgery. Dealing with two surgeries and recovery was difficult enough. Having to deal with insurance and doctors was worse.
He now makes it his mission to keep others from experiencing what he went through. David sees to it that every client gets his or her needs met – from finding and getting to a doctor to dealing with insurance companies and obtaining compensation for damages such as:
- Medical bills,
- Lost wages,
- Lost earning capacity,
- Scarring and disfigurement, and
- Pain and suffering.
