California product liability lawsuit was filed in Riverside Superior Court and settled with the manufacturer and distributors half a year later. Under the terms of the settlement, the plaintiff will receive guaranteed annuities totaling $54,000,000.

Client was in a car following her 16-year old daughter when a back hoe turned in front of the daughter’s car, killing the girl and nearly decapitating her. The mother filed a wrongful death suit in Riverside Superior Court. The driver of the back hoe was convicted of vehicular manslaughter and the wrongful death case settled for the driver’s auto and umbrella policy limits of $1,000,000 each.
