How to bail out an inmate at the Las Vegas City Jail

Bail may be posted at the City of Las Vegas Detention Center 24 hours a day. The bail window is located at 3300 Stewart Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101.

Outsiders may pay by

  • MasterCard, Visa, or Discover, or
  • Cash (full and exact amount).

The City Jail releases male inmates at the corner of 1st Street and Lewis.

The City of Las Vegas Detention Center releases female inmates at the corner of 1st Street and Lewis as well during daylight hours. At night, the jail releases female inmates at City Hall, located at 400 Stewart Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101.

Las Vegas Detention Center doesn't publicize when inmates will be released for their own safety. For further bail information, call the Las Vegas Detention Center's bail hotline at (702) 229-6460.
