Neil Shouse
Harvard Law School graduate Neil Shouse fights for workers who have been victims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and wage and hour disputes. It may seem daunting to go up against one’s boss, but having strong legal representation helps level the playing field and expedites a speedy and favorable resolution.
Depending on the case, we may be able to settle the matter in our clients’ favor through mediation alone. Alternatively, we can file a claim with the Nevada Equal Rights Commission or the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission. And if necessary, we can bring a lawsuit against the employer in pursuit of the largest financial settlement possible to cover our clients’ lost pay and pain and suffering.
An honors graduate of UC Berkeley, Neil Shouse is a frequent legal commentator in the national media. He has been called upon as a legal expert on CNN, Fox News Channel, Good Morning America, Al Jazeera, the CBS Morning Show and Dr. Phil. His insights have been quoted in newspapers and magazines throughout the country. Just some of the industry awards and recognition he has received include:
- Top 100 Civil Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association
- 10/10 rating on AVVO.com
- American Institute’s 10 best lawyers for customer service
- National Academy of Jurisprudence’s “Premiere 100” lawyers
