Shooting outside east Las Vegas Walmart

Posted by Neil Shouse | Feb 02, 2018 | 0 Comments

Last night a Walmart Neighborhood Market employee was shot repeatedly after having an argument outside the store, located at 1400 S. Lamb Blvd. A second employee managed to pry the gun away from the alleged shooter, during which time the alleged shooter sustained a gunshot injury as well. The first employee remains hospitalized, and the alleged shooter has been taken into custody. No one else was injured.

"Perhaps the alleged shooter was acting in self-defense," posited Las Vegas criminal defense attorney Michael Becker. "Or perhaps the gun went off accidentally. The alleged shooter in this case may very well be the innocent party and deserves a full investigation into the incident."
