One person in hospital after two-car crash in Las Vegas

This afternoon Las Vegas Metro responded to a two-car crash at Bonanza Rd. and Sloan Lane in eastern Las Vegas. One person is hospitalized at University Medical Center with survivable injuries.

The victim in this crash could have a negligence per se claim against the driver," commented Las Vegas personal injury attorney Michael Becker. "Depending on the facts, the victim could recover a large settlement to pay for medical bills, property damage, pain and suffering, as well as lost wages. The vast majority of car accident cases settle without a trial."
