North Las Vegas man dies after allegedly rear-ending semitrailer

Posted by Neil Shouse | Jan 30, 2018 | 0 Comments

Early Sunday, 29-year-old North Las Vegas resident Ernie Ubaldo Camarena was killed when his SUV reportedly rear-ended a semitrailer near the intersection of West Cheyenne Ave. and North Commerce Street. Nobody else sustained any injuries.

"There are a lot of unanswered questions here," says Las Vegas personal injury attorney Michael Becker. "Did his car malfunction? Did the semi wrongfully back up? Was there any videotape? There should be an investigation to see exactly what happened. Maybe this was not an unfortunate accident by the SUV-driver. Maybe the semi driver or the SUV-maker could be liable."
