US-95 single-vehicle crash in Las Vegas leaves driver with critical injuries

Yesterday afternoon, a driver sustained critical injuries after being ejected from the driver's car following a single-vehicle crash. The incident occurred on the US-95 near Jones Blvd. at approximately 4:20 pm. The Nevada Highway Patrol temporarily closed the southbound offramp.

"Maybe the car was defective. Maybe there was a design flaw in that segment of the highway," posited Las Vegas personal injury attorney Michael Becker. "The driver may have been a victim of negligence by the car company or the city of Las Vegas. And if so, the driver may be entitled to hefty compensatory and punitive damages. A thorough investigation is needed."
