Man facing murder charges after wife's body is found at Fiesta

On Saturday night, 42-year-old Willie Bain was arrested at the Fiesta in Henderson after police found him with his wife's body close to his Hyundai SUV. He allegedly called 911 and told police he and his wife needed medical attention. She died at the scene when the police arrived. Bain was booked at the Clark County Detention Center and faces a murder charge.

"At this point, there is no direct evidence that the defendant committed murder," posited Las Vegas criminal defense attorney Michael Becker. "Perhaps he was acting in self-defense. Perhaps someone else killed her. Maybe she harmed herself. Maybe the whole event was an accident. A thorough investigation is needed, and depending on the results, Bain's charge could be reduced or dismissed."
