Crash between sedan and patrol car in central Las Vegas

Posted by Neil Shouse | Feb 19, 2018 | 0 Comments

This morning there was a collision involving a patrol vehicle and a white sedan at the intersection of Decatur Blvd. and Charleston Blvd. Someone was seen getting into the back of the ambulance. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are still investigating the crash.

The victim may be able to sue the other driver for negligence per se," commented Las Vegas personal injury attorney Michael Becker. "Depending on the case, the victim may be able to recover a large settlement to cover medical bills, property damage, pain and suffering, and lost wages. Most of these types of car accident cases settle without a trial."
