Woman killed by tour bus at Las Vegas bus stop

Two hours ago 42-year-old Endah Sesanti Oetomo was killed at the bus stop on Desert Inn Rd. and Eastern Ave. when a tour bus carrying no passengers crashed into the bus stop. The bus was eastbound on DI when it left the road for unknown reasons. The victim died at Sunrise Hospital.

"The Oetomo's family probably has a wrongful death suit against the tour bus company and the driver," suggested Las Vegas personal injury attorney Michael Becker. "In these bus stop accident cases, the victim's family would need to show that the tour bus company and/or driver exhibited negligence. Depending on the case, the family may be able to get significant compensatory and punitive damages."
