Pahrump Justice Court

Pahrump is an unincorporated town and therefore has no municipal court and only a justice court. The Pahrump Justice Court is located at 520 E. Basin Avenue, Pahrump, NV 89060.

Pahrump Justice Court hears all cases involving crimes that allegedly occurred within city limits. The court hears every stage of Nevada misdemeanor cases up through the final resolution. But Nevada felony cases which aren't resolved by the Nevada preliminary hearing stage are transferred ("bound over") to Nye County District Court, which is located in the same building as Justice Court.

Pahrump Justice Court can be reached at (775) 751-7050. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for holidays. The general public may see daily court schedules at the Pahrump Justice Court calendar.

Pahrump Jail

The Pahrump Jail, which is officially called the Nye County Detention Center, is located just behind the Pahrump Justice Court The jail's address is 510 E. Basin Avenue, Pahrump, NV 89060.

The Nye County Detention Center is very small, and it does not have an official website. The jail may be reached at (775) 751-7027. People may pay bail with cash or through bondsmen at any time of the day.
