North Las Vegas Justice Court and North Las Vegas Municipal Court
If you are arrested within the incorporated city limits of North Las Vegas for a misdemeanor (such as Nevada battery domestic violence or Nevada DUI), North Las Vegas Municipal Court will hear the case. All other incidents, including felonies, are handled in North Las Vegas Justice Court. Some felony cases, however, may be transferred to Clark County District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada.
