The operating hours for the Moapa Valley Township Justice Court office are Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Traffic court is every Wednesday at 7:30 a.m., and criminal court is held every four weeks on a revolving calendar.

You may pay a fine to Moapa Valley Township Justice Court in the following ways:
- U.S. Mail: Send a cashier’s check or money order to Moapa Valley Township Justice Court, P.O. Box 337, Overton, NV 89040. Be sure to write your case’s citation number on your payment. You can use a personal check, but if it bounces you’ll get an automatic bench warrant in Nevada.
- Phone: Call the court at (702) 397-2840 to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
- In person: Go to the court at 320 N. Moapa Valley Rd., Overton, NV 89040 during office hours (Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to pay by Visa or Mastercard or by cash. You may use a personal check, but remember that a bounced check will cause a warrant to be issued for your arrest.
