    November 2013

    Charges: Nevada crime of sexual assault; Nevada crime of lewdness with a minor under fourteen Description: Las Vegas Defense Group demonstrated to the jury that the police failed to conduct an adequate investigation such as doing DNA testing. Additionally, our lawyers pointed out numerous inconsistencies in state witness testimony. The jury unanimously found our client "not guilty" on the lewdness count. As for the rape allegation, eleven of the twelve jurors found our client "not guilty" . . . so the judge declared a mistrial on the sexual assault count.
